Timothy Ascue will receive the Joseph P. Riley Jr. Vision Award at the breakfast. This award is named in honor of Charleston's longest-serving mayor and recognizes individuals who have succeeded in their field, promoted diversity and equal opportunity, contributed to the growth of the Charleston area business market, and participated in community service and charitable efforts, according to the organization working to eliminate racism and empower women in Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester counties.
